About us

Dermalogica was born from one simple conviction: real skin health comes from real expertise. Founded by a skin therapist in 1986, we've spent almost four decades building science-backed formulas, professional-grade education, and treatment solutions that deliver results people can actually see and feel. We're proud to be part of Unilever Prestige, home to some of the world's leading beauty brands — but at our core, we're still entrepreneurial, hands-on, and unapologetically Dermalogica.

What makes us different is our people. We call ourselves a Tribe, not a team, because we believe in flat hierarchies, an open-door mentality, and the courage to think differently. Here, your ideas aren't just heard — they shape what we do next. We move fast, we care deeply, and we never lose sight of the human touch behind every treatment.

In Germany, you'll help bring that mission to life alongside our partners: selected skin treatment centers, spas, dermatology practices, retailers, and e-commerce partners, plus our own online shop. Join us, and become part of a story that's been changing skin — and careers — for almost 40 years.
